Purpose Statement: Assisting the Residence Life Director(s) to facilitate the running of the boarding program on practical levels, with a focus on facilitating RA coaching and mentoring and planning and presentation of professional development content, in keeping with the Core Values, Guiding Statements and the Desired Outcomes of Black Forest Academy.

Staff at Black Forest Academy are missionaries (raising their own funds).
