Core Purpose: To help BFA fulfill its mission by ensuring that Christian care is provided for students who need personalized attention beyond the capabilities or energies of their caregivers (small group leaders, teacher, Residence Life staff, administrators, parents, etc.)
Key Skills for counselor:

- State License in counseling required
- Experience with high school students and third culture kids preferred
