The Safeguarding Lead oversees safeguarding matters within BFA. He/she, along with a team that is appropriately trained in safeguarding response skills and knowledge, work together to train staff, students, and parents in safeguarding practices/policies, respond to safeguarding concerns, and at regular intervals review policy, procedure and training material for the school.
